Ross had great ideas on how to tweak the design of the house to make it more modern and flow better while working within the building envelop (which we wanted). He had great design ideas that took advantage of the existing structure (i.e. vaulting the ceiling in the kitchen) as well as having an attention to detail that my husband and I really appreciated. He not only has a great sense of spaces, he appreciates and cares about the finishes. Ross was open to our ideas and delicate in his response if he didn't think they would work.
