The foremost was his responsiveness. He was always available, and always willing to take our calls. We must have gone through a dozen kitchen layouts (because we were changing our minds) and he was happy to draft up new layouts each time. We found his costs to be competitive for custom cabinets. The cabinets themselves are great quality. You can tell he has pride in what he does because we asked about a few cheaper alternatives and he discussed the pros and cons and were able to decide where we could save some money and where we shouldn't skimp. I never felt pressured to go with the more expensive options. Anytime we had any concerns he was quick to address them and put us at ease. I cannot recommend them enough.
