I was wanting to totally gut and redo my condo and did not know which way to go-or how to structure it. Obviously this was going to be a big project (for me at least). Larry has an incredible taste level and an eye for detail I am a fashion designer and we measure everything in 1/4"s and I trained my eye not to miss a detail..so watching Larry work was exciting and made me feel totally at ease. By the time we finished (it was a 2 year project )-every room in the apartment had been transformed into a piece of art, from the moldings, trims, and paint colors to the kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures, it all fell together and had a totally coherent look. My only disappointment is that I don't have a second home (yet!) The first time was a duplex combination, where we changed the style of the apartment from a more classic to a new modern aesthetic and tied the two apartment styles together. The second time was a reconstruction after a flood and a second-stage renovation of bathrooms that had been untouched in the first renovation. On both occasions, we were looking for a clean and modern look with warmth, and on both occasions he delivered. He included several showcase elements, chose great materials, kept the look in line with our personal styles, and took into consideration our family's needs. It was designed by me and fabricated and installed by a custom woodworker based in Yonkers, NY. So, unfortunately, it is not something you can order as a ready-made product. **Q: What is the tabletop made of? Where did you buy the table legs?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Sorry for the delayed response! The countertop is by Silestone. The table legs are actually shower rods from Gracious Home in Manhattan since I could not find anything modern as a table leg anywhere. But they look great and, because they are made of stainless steel, perfectly suitable. **Q: Love the rounded corners on the tub** *(in Photo Questions)* Which manufacturer is this? A: Sorry I didn't notice this question earlier. However, the tub dates from 1935!
