We love him because of his patience, his design talent and the quality of his work. He is the most responsive contractor I've work with, and completes projects on time. His most unique asset is his design expertise. He crafts beautiful designs and then fills them in with high quality fixtures, modern tiles, lighting, granite, metal accents, and finishing touches like quiet bath fans, marble thresholds, deluxe shower enclosures, etc. He makes sure that your home looks beautiful and that is more than I can say for other contractors who just want to get the job done. Any cons? I think he has steadily raised his prices over the years (which is expected with his level of work) and now he is becoming pickier about who he works with.
