> Sound Concepts is the premiere source for home theater, security, and fire protection. They not only serve Jonesboro, AR; they will go where they are needed. I have been using them from the beginning and I have never been disappointed. The workmanship is top quality! They also did not try to oversell to me. I told them what I was looking for in an integrated system and they gave me several choices, being careful to tell me what they thought was too much or too little for our needs. I now have a wonderful system that allows me to control my television, speakers, door locks, exterior cameras, garage doors, and security system all from one single access point. It is great! My job was a retro job, as well, and this is my favorite part - there is no evidence of this fact. Everything is esthetically perfect. The last reason that I strongly support Sound Concepts is my dedication to supporting local small businesses. Sound Concepts is a home grown company and is here to stay. I do not have to worry about future service needs because I know that they are dedicated to our community.

> I do audio restoration work for Hollywood and syndicated radio, such as Casey Kasem's American Top 40. When I decided to custom build a home in 2013, I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of sound, look and control, I just didn't know who to go to. Enter Sound Concepts! Clayton Fletcher listened to what I had to say and worked with me to develop whole home sound, control and security. From my studio to the custom theater and everything in between. Ryan Heringer and Clayton were accommodating to my schedule and multiple requests. They, along with the rest of the crew; James, Dustin, etc. have been professional, courteous and great to work with. I get rave reviews from all who have visited me.
