> I can highly recommend Chase Ambler and Headwaters for your next construction project. My project was completed professionally, on time and within our agreed upon budget. Chase took care of everything in a very diligent, practical and efficient way. Whether it was dealing with the Town of Boone, or dealing with subcontractors or dealing with winter weather Chase always brought a very measured and low key temperament to all obstacles and challenges. Chase is a very hands on contractor, literally, which provides a definite sense of responsibility as well as accountability to all aspects of a construction project. All of the projects I have seen Chase complete have been constructed of the highest quality materials, craftsmanship, and environmental as well as economic sensibilities. Thanks Chase for providing me with the absolutely most amazing and positive vibe office for me to spend my time and share with my clients.

**Comment from Headwaters Enterprises, Inc:**

> Thanks for the kind words Scott. It was a pleasure building your project.

**★★★★★ — Robb Olsen, Oct. 2017**

> We began working with Headwaters in 1995 when we purchased a vacation home in Boone that we intended to gut and renovate. Chase came highly recommended from our architect, so highly in fact, that we didn't look for another contractor and that was the best decision we could have made. Chase took the structure down to its "bones" and helped us to realize a dream and vision that was difficult to see at the time we purchased the house. Every year since the major project was completed, we have had Headwaters complete a host of different home improvement projects from adding a window to building a 1600 sq.ft. addition in 2009.
> Chase's crew has always been first-rate, hardworking, and talented folks who obviously enjoy what they do and working with Chase. The subs that Chase has brought to our projects have also always been first-rate. Chase take the time to understand our vision and to communicate it clearly to the subs. He holds them to the same standards as he does himself.
> Chase provides electronic copies of every receipt, every purchase order, personnel hours, etc. When the project is active, we would receive an electronic packet with an invoice once per month. The invoices were always accurate, to the last penny.
> Chase also provides weekly "progress update" emails with pictures and a quick summary of what's been done that week and is what is on the agenda.
> Along the years we've had the pleasure of walking through various projects that Headwaters' was working on. They ranged from brand new homes to remodels and additions. We have always left feeling how fortunate we are to have such a talented craftsman...his work is impeccable. I could go on and on about how strongly we feel about Chase but we'll spare the hyperbole. We have volumes of pictures (before and after) that we'd be happy to share if you are seriously considering Chase.

**Comment from Headwaters Enterprises, Inc:**

> Thank you for the kind review Robb. I've certainly enjoyed getting to know your family over the years of renovating and adding to your home.

**★★★★★ — Keith Pehl, Oct. 2017**

> Being a design engineer as my career, I have worked with every type of contractor you can imagine; however, I never imagined one who cares about quality and the final product as much as Chase Ambler. He built our new home as if he were going to live in it and he never questioned our desires, he only turned them into reality. We wanted a highly efficient, sustainable home and he was the only contractor in the area who understand our goals. To say he exceeded our expectations is a huge understatement.

**Comment from Headwaters Enterprises, Inc:**

> Thanks for the great review! It was my sincere pleasure to build your home (aside from it raining every day for three months). It is great fun to build a home with a client who is excited about efficiency and energy. I'm looking forward to seeing those tiny utility bills.

**★★★★★ — smiller10099, Oct. 2017**

> I built a house through Headwaters long distance. They were excellent with weekly pictures, accounting with what was done regarding each and every aspect of the job and what was to be done etc. The quality of the building was exemplary and would refer them to anyone who would want to use them for building a house.

**Comment from Headwaters Enterprises, Inc:**

> Thanks Sandy. It was great working with you guys. That house setting is so great; we'd stay after work just to watch the sunset before we went home.

**★★★★★ — Sarah Brown, Sept. 2017**

> Headwaters Enterprises is \#1 in my book! They're a rare find in the world of construction being talented, top quality, honest, AND reliable. If you want to see the work they do in person, come check out our bicycle shop!
>
> Our retail space was a maze of small offices before Headwaters transformed it. Now we have a beautiful showroom, practical repair shop, and efficient office & storage areas. The attention to detail, clear cut choices of products & materials, and finishing touches are so good, they sometimes become the topic of conversation with our customers instead of the bicycles that we sell.
>
> The remodel went so well, we've even had Headwaters build a deck, install sliding glass doors, relocate a few windows, and even add chimney pots to our home. We look forward to more projects in the future!

**Comment from Headwaters Enterprises, Inc:**

> Thanks for your kind words Sarah! It was great fun for us working with you on the new bike shop and then building a new deck for your home the following summer. I'm looking forward to building that roof top observation deck when you all are ready.
