Last year we did a full remodel of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor of our 1950's cape and this year we did a partial remodel of our first floor kitchen and den. Throughout both processes Charlie was a great partner, listening to our ideas and coming up with plans, but perhaps more importantly, being flexible when those plans changed. It's a complicated process and having someone work WITH you is incredibly important. We have been spending all of our free time down there. It is a perfect space for the kids now as well as a nice adult space. Charlie has wonderful sub-contractors that installed our electrical, plumbing, flooring and paint. After our basement was completed, we continued working with Charlie and had him design and build a custom coat closet for our mudroom, hang a 200lb, 76" mirror and help us with other odds and ends around the house. Not only would we hire Mr. Charlie again and again, but he has become a part of our family. We trust him whole-heartedly and we're always impressed his skills, design capability and work ethic.
