> One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was given a verbal quote (reminder always to get quotes in writing) on a small clean up project. Halfway through I was told the price was twice as much. When I questioned this, Derek demanded I pay him the original amount for half the work and then he walked off the job and took the materials I paid for with him. Miscommunications happen, but a good tradesperson will always try to work with the client on a fair resolution. I felt taken advantage of and intimidated. I recommend staying far away.
