Brian and Susanna have a wealth of knowledge in construction and design, and are both incredibly meticulous. The entire process was very organized and transparent. Communication was excellent - we were consulted on every detail, and were kept in the loop every step of the way. They made sure that our neighbors stayed informed and happy throughout the build. They really did go above and beyond. Even a year later when a small issue came up Susanna was on it! I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone contemplating a renovation or new build.
