> Ken and his  team built our new house in Raleigh. The lot on which the house is built was challenge as it  is narrow and steep. But Ken was up for the challenge as was his amazing team of subcontractors.  Ken was available and accessible throughout the building process. His project manager, Ryan Beverly, was  on site every day and was always  accessible via text and phone.  We were kept informed throughout the project.  Ken estimated the build would take about 7 months and he was within 2 weeks of this estimate. He also worked with us to stay within budget. Ken is patient, kind, accessible, knowledgeable, and a great manager. We cannot say enough about Ken, Ryan and all the others who worked on our house. We highly recommend Neuhoff Custom Builders!

## Community Q&A

**Q: What are the siding and trim colors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have been looking for brick similar to ours to find great color combinations. This is lovely. Thank you.

A: Sorry for the late response.  I don't check in here often enough.  This was an addition that we did on the existing house and had the existing exterior paint color matched so unfortunately we do not have a paint color to give you.  Good luck in your search - paint colors can be very difficult.

**Q: love this kitchen footprint** *(in Photo Questions)*

Any idea what the sq footage is.  Dreaming of building and love this entire area.

A: Thanks for the comments.  This kitchen and eat in area was approximately 21 ft long by 15 ft wide.  Nice open and spacious area with seating at the island and a breakfast nook on the left end of this photo.
