Over fifteen years later, people coming into our home for the first time think that the kitchen is brand new. Timeless, classic, clean design and spot-on advice about materials, finishes and equipment that have been easy to maintain and look great. Project was on-time and on-budget, the surprises that occur during such a project in an older home were handled efficiently and without drama. Since then SMDA has provided guidance on smaller projects such as cabinetry work, HVAC and bathroom improvements.
