> My wife and I have worked with Martin and his team on probably 10-12 different construction and remodeling projects since 2012 - on both our home and several investment properties.  Most recently they have extended a brick patio and constructed a beautiful patio roof (patio and roof in photo).  In prior projects they have installed kitchen cabinets and appliances, roofing, tile and wood flooring, opened walls, painted entire interiors and exteriors, installed siding, etc.

> I can't believe we waited this long to leave a review for Martin and his crew. We have worked with martin now on two homes...complete guts/remodels of our personal residence. The first was a ranch/full basement. Martin completely gutted and remodeled three bathrooms, full basement with a kitchen, new roof, exterior and interior paint, and restored 75 year old windows.
> After have two more children, we decided to move and find a home with more space, so we called on Martin again. He gutted our 100 year old home down to the studs and added a four-story addition the size of the original house on the to back. He contracted all of our framing, tile, siding, window installation, painting, flooring (tile and hardwood). drywall, roofing, interior and exterior paint, and final finish trim and interior door installation.

> Lopez Building & Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling our master bath. It was obvious that each person took pride in their workmanship. They were also very considerate while working in our home.  I would recommend them for remodeling.  A few years ago they also redid our front entrance. They dug out the entire brick pad and stairs and rebuilt. They also constructed a cover over the entryway... it is beautiful!
