  - Description: This was a quick design study, performed to show the Yacht Club how they could potentially maximize the existing structure that they have, as well as the addition that they wanted to make to the east side of the building. We wanted to take advantage of the pre-existing roof structure, along with the new addition and be able to create a rooftop seating area that could be enjoyed during the warm months and looks out directly onto Lake Michigan.
