> Last year we hired Joh Burdette and Seaboard Engineering and Construction to implement a major interior house renovation.  The renovation involved a significant structural component as we removed load bearing pillars to open up the space as well as removing interior walls and redesigning two floors of space.  Jon worked closely with an engineer we hired prior to meeting Jon and this collaboration gave us total confidence in the continued structural integrity of our house.
>      Jon and his crew were easy to work with and made our large job manageable.  There was a last minute problem with delivery and quality of the kitchen backsplash tile and Jon recommended we find a better solution.  Jon and his wife Mary Beth spent an entire weekend morning with us at a tile warehouse and helped select materials to be installed later that week.  The end result was much better than the planned tile.

**Q: Ship wheel window** *(in Photo Questions)*

Please tell me who made this window or where did you find it?

A: We did a major renovation on this house, but that window was original.  The owner wanted to get rid of it at first, but I convinced her to keep it.  Our client is also not the original owner, so I have no idea where that window came from.  I love it too!
