> I am very disappointed to share Flow Design created a flawed design for our attic build-out which has led to a two-year delay in our project and tens of thousands of dollars in structural damage throughout our home. Marcos is most certainly a wonderful person and lovely to work with, however this firm lacks the skill and knowledge of structural expertise required for historic homes. We have consulted with three independent structural engineers, one of which was provided by Flow Designs, all have confirmed the design is unstable and ridge of our home overstressed. Flow Design has made our home a liability. Even worse, Flow Design has admitted to their errors but is not acting to rectify the situation instead pushing our family off to lawyers. It is a very disappointing outcome.

> I had the pleasure of working with Darguin on my new retail project. He was very professional and like my project he came up with some great out of the box ideas to make my project not only beautiful but also a conversation piece. Darguin not only looks at a project for its purpose and functionality but he also looks at what it could be, like a sculptor looking at a block of clay and seeing the potential within. He was very helpful with cost of the project as I had a limited budget to work with. I will most definitely be working with Darguin and Flow Design in the future because when you chose to work with them you become part of their family. Overall I had a great experience and cant wait till my project takes off and to work with them again on some real mind blowing modular retail units.
