> We recently completed the planning phase for an addition to our home.  Having watched Brilliant Homes remodel the home across the street, we were impressed with the way the managed the project, along with the final product. Our neighbours connected us with Manjot and we started planning our own project.  Manjot was very personable and provided many creative ideas.  We also enjoyed working with our project manager, Parm, who met with us weekly to give us updates and brainstorm ideas for our dream space.  He was able to listen to our requests and create a place we were quite excited about. We really appreciated his detailed scope of work and once the planning phase was done we had a good understanding of what the project would look like and the breakdown of costs.  Unfortunately, at this point, we recognized the project wasn't feasible for us so had to put it on hold.  Having transparent planning upfront was one aspect that attracted us to Brilliant Homes.
