First of all, this individual returns phone calls and shows up to work when scheduled. And secondly, his work ethic and quality of work is the best of anyone I've ever had doing projects on my house. One example I'll share is when I had a leaky new toiled that was installed as part of a complete bath renovation, I called and within 30 minutes I received a return phone call from Bermuda as he was on a cruise with his wife. Are you kidding? Most contractors have a bad reputation for not showing up or returning calls that is well deserved. This individual called while on vacation, told me what to do, and said he would be at my home to deal with it when he returned which he did four days later.
