> Ed Gandolfi's crew replaced a 1st floor bearing wall with a 13' long beam to open up the living space between our kitchen and living room.  His crew did an terrific job of framing in the existing 2nd floor joists into the beam and was extremely thorough, even adding temporary supports beneath our raised home to prevent possible damage to the 1st floor sills. They completed the work in 2-1/2 days.  They kept the interior and outside work areas clear of  debris and left our home clean after each day's work.  We're waiting on my wife to select the kitchen cabinets before Ed begins remodeling the entire kitchen.
