Construction is not just a business for me, it's my passion. Every new job means meeting and working with new homeowners who are trying to make the most of their living space and their budget. For me, that means exciting new ideas, challenges and relationships every time we start a new project. I'm here to help, share solutions, and deliver the goods. That's why I'm in this business after all!

Master Class Construction evolved from a long standing family run business which was built on a foundation of quality and customer satisfaction. Just as my father runs his projects, I'm onsite everyday until the project is done. I pursue projects one at a time, until the client is satisfied and I am the sole point of contact for every aspect of the build. My schedules are the tightest because I have all my resources focused on a single project at a time. I only work with trusted sub-trades and reputable suppliers and all logistics are handled by myself personally. My clients appreciate having only one person to deal with during their home improvements. No bureaucracy, no bullshit.

> Very poor customer service and the general contractor took advantage of us. We definitely do not recommend this company for any construction work.

> We went through a very painful experience; if we had known that we would have to be chasing the contractor to get the work/deficiencies completed, we would have never hired this company in the first place.

For one thing, we have been constantly chasing the contractor by sending multiple emails and text messages to get the work/deficiencies taken care of with no responses; he would only respond when he felt like it, and when he did, there was no remorse or apology; furthermore, the responses clearly showed that he didn't care.

> We are absolutely not happy with the service and treatment we have been receiving from the general contractor of this company; we have been very patient during the painful experience of dealing with him; we believe that he took our patience for granted and used it to mistreat us, very sad.
