Bob, on the other hand, did a very thorough engineering analysis, examining our plans and taking a wide variety of measurements. His report gave us the confidence we needed and only then did we discuss the repair. We used Bob’s recommended contractor who were very professional. Working with Robert Pisano is easy. He is responsive, through, knowledgable, patient, friendly and is a good listener. Roberts' engineering background allowed him to design the details of the projects and then shop the projects around to different contractors to obtain quotes. He then reviews the work they would be doing with them and oversees their work to be sure that it is done well and complies with all applicable laws/regulations. We found it very helpful to have Robert oversee these projects from start to completion. Knowing the work was being done correctly helped us to sleep easy at night.
