> We hired Matt Mindrup/MTM construction and was told our project would take 8 weeks. The project started 9/26/21 and it is 1/17/22 and we are at least another month from being able to be back in our home after we fix everything Matt destroyed.  He has done nothing but lie to us, would drink during the day but said he was working on our house, massive delays, horrible poor quality work, has not a clue what he is doing, does not pay his sub-contractors.  There are many looking for him now as so many have worked for Matt and have never gotten paid.  It’s been a true nightmare for my husband and I who worked hard to save money for this remodel.

  - Description: Small master bathroom remodel. Removed tub, expanded shower from3’x3’ to 3.5’x6’. We removed the builder grade recessed Hollywood lights and mirror, made it all on seamless wall with 2 lights and mirrors. We also removed all linoleum and added tile on the floor. We added an exhaust fan & light in the shower as well as a can light above where the bathtub was. We removed to medicine cabinet and all the porcelain towel & toilet paper holders & replaced them with updated fixtures.
