We knew no one in the Naples area nor anyone in our community, so our real estate agent recommended Andre Avlas to help us renovate the unit.   We could not be here when the work was being done, so we took a leap of faith and contracted with Andre to do a myriad of jobs that would be required to make the condo livable come Jan. 2016,  when we wanted to return for the season.   In a few busy weeks that September, Andre helped us pick out flooring, paint, countertops, lighting fixtures, bathroom tiles etc., etc., etc., and promised to finish the job by January.  He sent us progress pictures during the renovation and, as promised, the work was done to our satisfaction and on time.   And as importantly,  at the reasonable price he quoted us when we first contracted with hm.
