Their architect was great, gave us really good ideas. Their foreman was really good and they passed all inspections in one shot. They were very clear in their communications and we never had any surprises. We have a toddler so we left the house, but they had a dedicated crew who came to work everyday at 6am (we saw them through our cameras). Everyone who has seen the house has complimented us on the craftsmanship and quality of work. To top it they gave the house back a few days before the delivery date, even though we did add more scope than we initially signed.
