> Sheri designed two bathrooms and a kitchen for us over two years. There were so many choices and Sheri held my hand throughout the whole process. The end results are beautiful. She has great ideas and advised me even on paint colors when I was bombarded by all kinds of decisions.

**★ — Tom Wolf, Jan. 2019**

> We hired Premier Design and Cabinetry for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Although we like the end result, the process was terrible.
>
> We fully understand that construction by nature is unpredictable and can always lead to delays and mishaps. We found both Sheri at Premier Design and John at Premier Construction to be sloppy, unprofessional, and lacking communication skills.
>
> We would not recommend them for your remodel.

**Comment from Sheri's Design and Consulting:**

> I am sorry to hear you had a unfortunate experience with Premier Design. Although you are happy with the end result which is a beautiful kitchen! I do have records of countless meetings, countless e-mails and texts that were all answered expeditiously and meetings were set right away. There were also so many extras that were done and not paid for.

> We went with Premier for our kitchen project for two reasons: 1. It was a pleasure to work with their designer, Aga. We have worked with another designer recommended by a contractor and was left vaguely dissatisfied with their layout, something was missing. Aga's design for our kitchen was thoughtful, functional and perfect for the space that we have. She was professional, creative and very knowledgeable. 2. Their cabinets are of good quality and stunning, the entire experience was pleasant, the cost as expected and they are very responsive to our needs.

> I live in the neighborhood where Premier is located and am very happy with the remodeling and enlargement of my 1960's era small half bath. Sheri designed the project, and John Klich, Premier Construction, and his excellent crew who work with Sheri performed the actual remodeling. I purchased the materials partially through Premier and partially to fit my decorating scheme elsewhere (mostly online). My goal was to create a handicapped accessible bath from a very tight space. By incorporating a pocket door and utilizing some adjacent closet space, they accomplished that feat. My advice to potential clients: be patient, and I think you will be very pleased if you also utilize Premier Design and Premier Construction!

> Premier did high quality work for and excellent price. Our Kitchen was remodel on time and within our budget. The design is perfect to meet our families needs. The team at Premier were easy to work with, professional with excellent workmanship.

> The last project - 3 bathroom remodels - was our third project with Premier Design & Cabinetry. We chose Premier because of their honest, dependable and quality workmanship. In each project - a 4 season sunroom, a completely new upscale kitchen and 3 new modern bathrooms, the outcome speaks for itself. (Our home is over 60 years old.). We are very pleased with each finished project. You won't find better workmen, designer or contractor with any other company.

**★ — Peggy Rios, Dec. 2016**

> Premier itself was okay, but the contractor they sent us was a total nightmare. Premier Design quoted us 2-3 weeks to finish the bathroom unless there was plumbing issues. We had 1 week of extra plumbing issues. We are almost at the 9 week mark, they are still not done, and there have been many days where either no one showed to do work or they only came for 1-2 hours. The contractor began work without a permit in the window, we had major leak due to their mistake and couldn't get a hold of anyone to clean it up so me and my husband had to do it and one evening, I came home to find that the contractor had left my front door open and unlocked. They put up a new door that had a hole in it and didn't know it until we told them. They forgot about items that were ordered (ie, a fan for the bathroom and a medicine cabinet) and then had to take extra time to fix those issues. One of the workers emptied a bucket with old wallpaper and junk into our backyard on the grass and left it there. I do not recommend this company. The tile is beautiful but the people they hire are not professional at all.

**Comment from Sheri's Design and Consulting:**

> I will address the allegations made by Mr & Mrs Rio's against my company. This Bathroom remodel started on November 1, 2016 the permit was posted on November 3rd all paperwork was in the village of Brookfield at the time of start date. There was a plumbing issue right away all the old drain lines were rotted and corroded it was brought to Mr & Mrs Rios immediately at that time Mr & Mrs Rios acknowledged they knew this but did not disclose this information at the start of the project All Extra plumbing repairs took additional 5 days. On Nov 8th the rough plumbing inspection was done and passed the rough framing was inspected and passed on the same day. The final (passed) inspection occurred on December 6th so with the Thanksgiving holiday that puts this project at 5 weeks. Mrs Rios came to me to address the issue of her project She at that time let me know that my staff and my tile setter were wonderful and she was very happy with everything we had done for her. I reassured Mrs. Rios that I would speak to the contractor about the worker she felt offended by. Mrs Rios also called me when the front door was found (un locked) I again let her know I would let the contractor know and apologized. The contractor is a separate company from my organization this is also stated on the contractors contract Although we all work together to make sure the projects are complete. As I would with any other contractor I work with. I will also add some additional comments made by Mr & Mrs Rios to the Construction lead on the job site. on 12/3 "Thank you for the wonderful work, thank you for doing everything we asked, and thank you for doing all the "extra's" On 12/3 Mrs Rios let the lead construction worker know she forgot she bought the wall cabinet" on 12/5 another comment made by Mr & Mrs Rios to the lead construction worker Thank you for the nice job Thank you very much" comment made by the Chief Building inspector of Brookfield on 12/7 "This job really came out nice Good Work" Im not sure how we went from being great to work with to the worst company? My employee asked to take a couple of pictures on 12/7 of the beautiful completed bathroom and Mrs Rios refused to let him.

> Couldn't be happier with my experience with Premier Design & Cabinetry. We moved into a new home and the kitchen was terribly outdated. We visited and reviewed preliminary plans from 5 different sources. We felt many were just "phoning it in". .Aga at Premier Design instantly won us over. Aga's design was very thoughtful to our aesthetic and to general function as well. She immediately understood the contemporary/classic look we wanted. She designed a beautiful kitchen for us that we will be happy with for quite some time. She was with us through the entire process from design through completion. Premier Design had a great variety of cabinet products to choose from. We were in excellent hands and can't imagine doing the kitchen remodel with anyone else. Before & After pics posted.

**★★★★★ — Sheila Botti, Sept. 2016**

> We are very happy with the work done by Premier, Aga in particular. We remodeled a kitchen and two bathrooms. Premier handled both the cabinetry and design. The quality is great and all cabinets arrived on the promised date. We could not be more pleased.

**★★★★ — User, Aug. 2016**

> I had a master bath converted from a tired place with a tub to a beautiful place with a walk in shower, I also updated a powder room from a plain place with a pedestal sink to one with a stunning tile wall and modern, eye catching cabinet. Both are wonderful and I love them. This team, from design to execution feels like family. Sheri visited and immediately matched my interests and my taste in design. I am very happy with the outcome of everyone's hard work.

**★★★★★ — OP CLAN, April 2016**

> Premier Design completely remodeled our 25 year old kitchen. This involved installation of new cabinets, removal of a pantry closet and peninsula, relocation of the appliances, and adding an island. We had specific wants and needs, such as a desk area for me, and garbage can in drawer for my husband. Sheri listened to all and skillfully incorporated those details into the design of the kitchen. We made many visits to the Premier showroom, where Sheri and Mark, her tile consultant, advised us on products and finishes. The variety of selections was overwhelming, but with their expertise, we felt confident in our choices. We ultimately knew that Sheri would not let us do anything stupid.
>
> Premier’s construction crew, led by John, was professional and efficient. We were always notified in advance when to expect Premier’s core construction team, Norbert and/or Nikko. There were many e-mails along with direct contacts with John, reviewing our “Punch List” of what was to take place daily. All our questions and concerns were addressed. John & his crew were so accommodating when, after initial installation of light fixtures and outlets, we asked them to replace with other choices.
> Scott, the floor finisher, used his great expertise to match and stain old to new parts of our hardwood floor, resulting in a seamless blend.
>
> We have been slow to write this review but, after more than 6 months since completion, we still love every bit of our new kitchen.

**★★★★★ — dani4tuna, Jan. 2016**

> We wanted to keep our business in our community so Premier was an obvious choice for us. They were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. They designed a functional, spacious beautiful kitchen in our small home with just enough bells and whistles that met all my needs within my budget which included tearing out a wall and quite a bit of plumbing and electrical work as well. The boutique had a plethora of samples to choose from for cabinets, flooring, tiles, countertops and hardware. It was complete one-stop shopping and they are very budget friendly. Our kitchen is now the focal point of our home and it turned out beyond better than I ever imagined. My kitchen looks like something out of a magazine. I would work with Premier Design and Premier Construction again in a heartbeat. Our kitchen was a huge project and was finished only 3 days off our original goal date. For me that is the same as finishing early. Simply amazing.

**Q: Where do I buy this tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hello and Thank You for asking I sell this tile at my store

**Q: What tile did you use?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Also what type of granite?

A: The Tile is from Virginia Tile and the Counter Top is Quartz "Vico Stone"

**Q: Can you please tell me the wall color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me the wall color?

A: Thanks for your interest. The paint color is Sherwin Williams Jubilee 6248.

**Q: Kitchen, Mudroom & Laundry Room Remodel (Newtown Square, PA)** *(in Before & After)*

AFTER:

BEFORE:

A: Nice Job. Love the cooler colors

**Q: Brooklyn Kitchen Remodel** *(in Before & After)*

This original kitchen needed a complete gut remodel. As the designer, I removed everything including the concrete slab floor. That increased the ceiling height by 1 1/2". I was able to give the client maximum storage space including a pantry, an appliance garage, roll out corner cabinets, a pull out spice rack and a tray base. We added under cabinet lighting and the client chose the backsplash tiles to compliment. We are almost completed and a world away from where we started. Budget 25K-30K in including cabinets, counters, contractor, appliances, lighting all materials, flooring, and even some hallway cabinetry.

A: Great transformation. Love the backsplash!

**Q: Shower tiles** *(in Photo Questions)*

Probably too old a post, but could you give the maker and style/name of the shower tile which seems to be porcelain with natural appearance...

A: These are from an Italian Importer and don't have a "brand name" attached to them. You are correct that the floor is 19x19" porcelain while the wall tiles are 10x30" ceramic.
Thanks for the question.
