In my experience, that is not a given. As usually happens, during the course of the teardown in January through the move in and finish in November there were a few bumps in the road provided by the weather, materials and a sub or two, but Jake handled it all like a pro and delivered a top notch execution of the house I dreamed up with my architect. Additionally, after you move in and start to live in the place there can be issues that come up. A new house is a symphony of thousands of pieces working together and from time to time, a few can fail. Jake responds immediately with a plan to rectify the issue, many times personally fixing it himself within 24 hours.
