> Bad experience. Took away the building permit information and ordered the wrong windows. Consequently, they didn't meet egress as per the permit. Arrived on site five months after I paid the deposit to install windows and door and announced that he forgot to order my door. He slapped one in and charged me $2k for it. Subsequent contractors have suggested this was a $500 door. I have had to pay someone else to correct this persons mistakes. Painful experience.

> We ordered the windows that were on the contract - which ended up being the wrong windows. It was a mistake between us and the window company. When we made the rough openings for the windows I know that you noticed they were not to the size that you wanted. I was working with the window company to rectify the situation when you decided that you didn't feel confident in our ability to complete the job and cancelled the rest of the work, leaving us with the windows that we had ordered as well as an open invoice for the work we had already performed.

> As far as the door is concerned, It is a Therma Tru Smooth Star fiberglass door in a Teckton frame, my cost on the door was over $1,500.

> We have since written off the outstanding invoice we have with you. We're so sorry that this project didn't go smoothly and that you didn't have a good experience. We have implemented a few more checks in our process to ensure that something like this never happens again.

Randy came when he said he would, got the job completed and cleaned up within the time frame we were given and I believe he did an exemplary job. I shopped around ahead of time and believe that his prices are very competitive  .   I would definitely go back to his company.
