Emerson Development Group began when CEO Chris Adamski took his life-long passion for construction and architecture and added it to wife Courtney’s extensive knowledge of the real estate business to create a company that is listed in the top 30% of all general contractors servicing the Salinas area. But love and understanding of the construction business is not all that the Adamski’s bring to the table. In addition to his incredible knowledge of construction, Mr. Adamski is able to also use his former career in finance to complete projects in both time and cost-effective ways. Mrs. Adamski, who has spent the last several years helping people find their dream homes, understands people and the things that they are looking for when considering the place that they will call home.

With their own growing family Chris and Courtney know the importance of home. As parents to three young girls, aged four, two and five months, they know just how imperative it is to have the right environment for your family. It is because of this understanding that they make sure to take all of their customer’s needs very seriously.
