Our contractor procured a countertop from J. Aaron. We and they had issues with the original contractor. When our new contractor went to install it, we found it to be warped and cracked. We reached back out to J. Aaron and explained the situation, and they were unbelievably responsive. They offered to make a new countertop for us for just the cost of materials. We were ecstatic as the issue with the original counter rested with the contractor and in today's day and age of self-interest, there are very few companies that would do what they did. The new counter top arrived and was installed and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them just on the quality product that they delivered. When we combine that with how they dealt with us, they get a five-star +++ rating. I strongly encourage anyone interested in a new wood countertop to make J. The top turned out beautiful. Unfortunately after being installed for only 2 months the glue started to separate. When I contacted Jarron they advised me that since I had purchased an unfinished top there was no warranty. Even though their website states the "will make it right quantee" It doesn't cover their craftsmanship on an unfinished top. Well now we know why there is no warranty on unfinished tops. Jarron obviously is aware of the problems with their unfinished countertops. Otherwise why wouldn't they guarantee them! When deciding to purchase a specialty piece like this I would definitely not purchase from Jarron Countertops.
