**Q: what is behind the bed?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it wallpaper or wood or what?

A: It’s rough sawn white oak planks, lightly sanded, stained dark and face nailed to the wall.

**Q: what type of oil ?  And is there anything over the oil? Thx!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We used a danish oil (3 coats) followed by a coat of wipe on poly.

A: Soapstone...which I love!
