> My wife and I have consulted David Reaume and his staff for design and construction on two separate projects.  One was a major residential remodel and the other was a residential patio / garden project.  We submitted the major remodel to five separate bids.  In terms of design, Mr. Reaume was the most innovative.  He was also the most sensitive to our budget and provided the most detail regarding projected cost.  Once the project was under construction he remained responsive to our concerns.  He seemed to take personal interest in our projects, as he personally delivered a cement mixer to our patio project when the sub-contractor could not, in order to keep the project on schedule.

A: I thought I had done this earlier, but the lower counter is 36" and the higher counter is 42". In terms of counters without going to custom seats, you have 30" for breakfast fast area height , 36'" for cooking counters, and 42" for stepped height that gives friends the ability to enjoy watching you cook and socialize. You'll never have to customize a chair for those height but you can do whatever you want when money is no object.
