Banks Design on a wonderful South Carolina lowcountry home. I was the architect, Shelley was the interior designer. Shelley was the perfect professional. She respected my ideas, understood the "soul" of the design and helped to enhance it through her design and selections. **★★★★ — temzplace, Dec. 2015** > Working with Janet Perry and with Sharon Cleland was such a pleasurable and calming process. We built our home remotely and came to the area on scheduled visits throughout the process to choose finishes, materials such as flooring, counter tops, appliances, lighting and paint colors. Sharon Cleland has a very keen eye. She kept us on budget, focused on our theme and introduced us to things we had no clue even existed. It all came together beautifully in our new home under Ms. Cleland's calm and pleasant guidance and we ended up with a beautiful backdrop for our furnishings and soft goods. > > Janet Perry helped us feather our nest beautifully and with great enthusiasm. She immediately understood what we wanted even when we were not crystal clear when communicating those ideas! We found pictures of furniture we wanted and she would either track it down or find something that worked better. If it were not for Ms. Perry, I am sure we would have ended up with a mishmash of furniture, accessories and window treatments. Janet created a comprehensive plan that we have been executing along the way: incorporating some things from our home in NJ; purchasing items locally; and ordering custom made items. I had my heart set on a particular type of dining room table and Janet scoured the country to find one even better than what I had imagined. She helped us stay on budget and stay "on theme" as she staged our home for viewing and carefree living!
