We believe, above all else, the spaces we create should not only be beautiful, but functional and livable.

We focus primarily on residential projects from small interior layouts to whole house remodels.  We have experience with new construction and old home renovations. On large jobs we work in tandem with contractors and engineers throughout the entire process.  

Jennifer Baines Studied Architecture and Interior Design at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design before going on to work for Victoria Hagan in her eponymous New York City firm.  She started out as an intern and became a senior designer on large scale projects.

Having children brought Jenny back home to Oregon and her design firm to Lake Oswego.  Here she utilizes the breadth of her twenty years experience to create beautiful, versitile spaces for her clients.

Jenny enjoys the sleek lines of modern design mixed with an eclectic collection of special pieces.  She strives to create designs that are reflective of the individuals and families who use the space.

**Q: Is there any problem with the floating shelves next to the stove.** *(in Photo Questions)*

I was concerned with the heat or steam ruining them.

A: There haven't been any problems with the shelves - the hood overhangs the range by 6" on either side - so there is a gap between the edge of the shelves and the range itself.

A: Hi there - the chandelier is from Currey & Company - its a good one :-).

Can you tell me where the barstools are from?

A: The barstools are from Organic Modernism - one of our favorite vendors in Brooklyn & LA

A: The paint color on the walls is Benjamin Moore - Light Pewter.

A: Hi there - the tub is from Victoria & Albert and is the Ravello tub.  It is 68-5/8"l x 29-5/8"w x 23-1/2"h.

Also the size of countertops on each side of range?

A: The dimension from the left edge of the fridge to the right edge of the tall cabinet is 10'-8".
