When one issue had come up due to a building mix up (nothing to do with Urban Homes) my designer Jacob made his way to my house (in hudson valley NY) personally to help find a solution. The design process was very pleasant and I had a large variety of styles and finishes to choose from. The kitchen came in at the budget i had allocated to it. No surprises there.
