She is talented, focused, responsive and never misses a beat in capturing what the client is trying to accomplish. Tirelessly working on the client's behalf, oftentimes making us feel as though we were her only clients (but we know that is not true). Heidi deals with the sub-contractors when necessary to ensure that the client’s vision/wishes are carried out correctly. And she does so without stepping on toes. Many seasoned and accomplished designers act like "divas" and carry a chip on their shoulder. On the contrary, Heidi treats her clients with deference and humility.
