**Q: Floating Dresser** *(in Photo Questions)*

May i ask where you purchased the floating bedroom dresser?

**Q: How to get that Cooper & Teal color effect on the trimming?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We will be painting our home very soon and we have a tin or metal roof at our entrance and we love those colors on your home.  Can you tell us how the trimming on your home was painted or how to achieve those colors as well as your home exterior paint color?   We are so lost in all the exterior southwest paint colors.  I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

A: The Roof Fascia is real copper sheet metal and the patina was achieved using copper sulfate and Liver of sulfur.  The only way that sort of finish can be achieved on a tin...or galvanized metal is by faux painting the finish.

Hoping to get the dimensions for this main room - one of my favourite designs. Also How high are the ceilings here?

A: The space is appx 28' x 38' wide...by appx 13' - 14' tall.

Is that a real fire gas or led electric FP?  What brand?

Thank you for your question.  The tub in this home is a "Napoli" tub manufactured by Victoria and Albert.  Here is a link to the fixture.  https://vandabaths.com/us/americas/product/napoli/

It is important for Architects/Designers to appreciate that all clients are physically different and when it comes to bath, kitchen, and other daily use fixtures...one size does not fit all.  The needs of this client necessitated a low profile tub...that we actually sunk into the floor another 4 inches to facilitate ease of access.

**Q: What size is this pool in both sides of the L shape?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The overall long legs of the pool are 27'.  The short sides are 12'...making the width of the pool basin on average of about 15'.
