> This company was phenomenal from the design phase all the way through to its completion. They communicate well, are clean, respectful and do excellent work. They were so flexible and willing to do whatever we needed. The work they did actually came under budget and they stuck with their timeline. Everything went so well.  Atticus, Alex and Greg were awesome throughout the whole process. We'd recommend them to anyone looking to do a project, big or small and we love our new addition.

> Last year we began our search for a company to help with our kitchen/dining room/mud room renovation. Of the many companies we interviewed, Stryant was by far the most professional, trustworthy, AND affordable.

We had gone into the project reluctantly, with the renovation horror stories friends and family told us about their projects and contractors. Yet Stryant was the clear exception. We did expect the renovation to improve our kitchen, but we had NO IDEA it would be this amazing. Their work, their dedication, attention to detail, and craftsmanship, have truly renovated our lifestyle. We're still incredulous at the job they have done. Miraculously, they came in right at the communicated budget, and even ahead of schedule. And they were pleasant to work with the entire way. I could not recommend Stryant more. A+++!!

> Stryant did a great job for two major renovation projects for us. First, in only about 5 weeks, they helped us convert the ~400 sqft space above our detached garage into a fully functioning 1BR aptmt which my husband, myself, our toddler, and infant lived in for 6 months. Second, they completely renovated the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and laundry room of our 1951 ranch house that had a slew of structural challenges (e.g. 17" thick brick/concrete walls). Despite these challenges, we still came in under budget! I can't say enough good things about the staff at Stryant. Greg and Don are probably the most responsive and accommodating PMs in the city. They are extremely honest and never tried to "upsell" me on anything. They managed the subs really well and held them to the highest standard. Additionally their internal construction crew is awesome. When I wanted a built-in,  I simply gave Greg and Don a picture (from Houzz) of what I wanted, and they had their guys build it that afternoon!

> We hired Stryant for a number of projects in our new home including a complete renovation of our kitchen, refinishing of wood floors throughout the house, vanity installations in our bathrooms, top to bottom painting and more. Having worked with Atticus/Stryant on quite a few minor projects at our old house, we were confident they were the right people to take on a large project with a tight timeline. From connecting us with the best cabinet designer to using skilled, respectful workers on the various projects, Stryant exceeded our expectations on a number of levels. Plus, I'd argue they're incredibly fair - and flexible - on pricing. Of course every home renovation has its challenges, but I'd recommend Stryant to any of my friends or family members thinking about improving their home.

The kitchen in this home is 13'8" by 13'3" with an offset pantry area by the rear door. The open dining area is 10'10" by 13'3," with a 10'10" by 7'7" sun room/breakfast nook on the side.
