We are a full service operation that includes site evaluations, home plan design (CAD), design layouts for the entire home from structural layouts to color pallets.  Gunter Custom Homes & Design has a team with over 20 years of combined experience in the construction/design industry.  We take the "stress" out of building a custom home.  Specializing in high-end design, everyday living, handicap accessibility, and secondary (vacation) homes.  At GCH&D, we believe a custom home at any price point should receive "Boutique" service.

They were instrumental in finding the land, securing the sale, and choosing and modifying the floor plan.  Our wish list was 100% covered and all within our budget.  Leslie got to know us and our tastes and so picking out options for the house was a breeze!  Couple the stress of a new build with me being pregnant the whole time and delivering 6 weeks prior to completion and you could have a recipe for disaster.  Not with Gunter!!  I was able to enjoy both my build and my new baby thanks to Leslie and their team.  The whole process has left us with amazing memories and we thoroughly LOVE our Gunter Home!
