After patiently waiting one year for us to make up our minds, Ron met with us and together we determined that the whole substructure needed to be replaced as well, as posts had rotted and heaved over time. Ron began work on our deck after Labour Day 2012. By the end of October (rain held things up a bit), we had the most amazing deck! I like to tell anyone who will listen that we actually ended up with a better and more beautiful structure than we had expected. How often does that happen? Ron was a pleasure to work with, consulting with us over every detail to ensure that the end result was all we had hoped. His knowledge of the products was second to none. He also made a number of design improvements to the original outline that only served to further improve the final effect. Our project came in on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier! We're looking forward to working together with Ron on future projects this summer. The shelves were then veneered with limestone pebbles.
