> Bill Hern just completed his fifth project on our home!  He added my dream front porch to our brick home in Kenwood and it turned out beautifully!  Since first hiring him in 2001 for a major renovation, we have loved his work and wouldn't trust our home to anyone else. He is great to work with and listens to our ideas, resulting in an end result that we are always thrilled with! His work ethic is amazing, and he does most of the work himself. Our neighbors called him Superman as they watched him construct our porch. Once he begins a project, he is here every day, or else I know why he will not be here. From talking with others going through renovations, this is a rare quality. We love and trust Bill enough to leave the front door open for him if I have to leave in the morning before his arrival.  My sister who helps with my dogs even commented that she will miss chatting with him now that he is finished.

The job took approximately 3 months and Bill was on the project every single day.  I never felt uncomfortable voicing concerns or questions when things would come up.  He is flexible, open minded and strives to please.  When our kitchen cabinets were delayed, at no fault of his, he managed to stay on schedule by completing other items in the meantime.
