### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Leslie Sherman, Sept. 2018**

> We hired Granite Galore And More for a remodel of our kitchen, bathrooms and living room. They did a great job. Jeff is wonderful at giving good advice on design and what works best for your home and budget. We hired them again for some exterior work and they did a fantastic job. I've recommended him to a few friends already!

**★★★★★ — Jason Reich, Sept. 2018**

> I started the remodel of my house in Frisco with all new hand-scraped wood floors, about 2000 sq ft. I am a very diligent consumer. I got three estimates and asked for three references. Jeff Falcon received great reviews and had the best quote. We were so pleased with the floors, we used him for all our new granite, quartzite and travertine countertops throughout the house, along with new backsplash in kitchen and tile work in guest bathroom in laundry. There were a couple of "hiccups" on the tile job on the bathroom due to his workers having a wreck with my tile in their truck. Jeff got right on it, ordered new tile and got a new team in place in a couple of days. I highly recommend Jeff/Granite Galore and More for any remodel job. I did use someone else for painting my whole house that I have used for years. When he came back 4 months after first painting our house, he said, "I don't know who you used for your tile work but they did a great job!"

> Jeff Falcon and his team did an absolutely amazing job helping me get ready to move and sell my house - there were multiple minor projects along with some painting and flooring that had to be replaced and he treated them all as if he were trying to sell his own house!! Once we moved out of state for my job, Jeff continued to support the home sell with various minor repairs and updates until we got it sold!!!!
>
> Could not have done it without him and his team!!
>
> I highly recommend anyone looking for a quality job at a fair price from a trustworthy contractor!!
>
> Thanks Jeff

> We're very satisfied customers!! We recently had our kitchen done by another company and it was just awful... sloppy work, poor educate and they were rude. Which is why I sought out another company to do our master bathroom. Thank goodness we found Jeff, and his company! I'm very very particular in everything being lined up, and matching (slightly OCD) and that was not an issue at all. He ended up saving us money also with his recommendations on materials! He clearly takes pride in his work, as opposed to just doing his job. He even made his workers redo things that we hadn't even noticed/mentioned. It was a very smoothe, and stress free process. I would gladly rehire him and his team to do work for us again.

> I have worked with Jeff on numerous projects over the past few years. He is a pleasure to do business with!

> Never use this company. The time frame for this job was 4 times longer than the owners original estimate. After I paid the owner for the job I received legal action from subcontractors for their payment which he had not given them. There were several issues with the master tub this company installed. After 2 months someone finally came out and partially removed tub, then told me they would have to come back to finish. After another month of trying to contact the owner I received zero response so was forced to give up and move on. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

> I have worked with Jeff for 8 years on a number of projects. He is thorough and knowledgeable in regards to not only the products that he sells, but also installations and project management. His experience and background certainly makes him a valued contractor to me.

**★ — apolter, Aug. 2015**

> Absolutely wretched experience with this contractor. In my opinion, and confirmed by others who viewed images of the work, VERY poor quality work, poor attention to detail, poor management of his workers, failure to adhere to very specific design requests, failure to consult homeowner prior to making design changes, demands payment for very poor quality work that did not match design requirements and immediately started process of assessing a lien on the home prior to even submitting final invoice.
>
> Additionally, this contractor picked up $7500 worth of granite that I had paid for in full, stored it at his fabricator, and when a dispute arose over the final payment, contractor essentially held the granite for ransom until he received payment in full, in his hand, before he authorized the release of the granite. The whole thing went down like a ridiculous prisoner exchange. Obviously given the quality and delivery issues I had experienced with this contractor over bathroom tile, I wasn't about to let them touch my exotic granite.
>
> See the pictures where they failed to miter corners and cut tiny squares of tile at the window ledge making for a very shoddy look, installed glass backwards AND with the paper still on it, installed bullnose out in the open instead of finishing at a corner, and installed small strips in the corners contrary to specific instructions provided. Additionally, I had to have another tile installer fix areas where they installed floor tile in a haphazard manner that was not with the existing pattern and ended up being visible and not covered by cabinets, and they also had to chisel out two shower tiles in a different bath where they cut huge notches in tile that ended up not being covered by hardware trim. New installer did a much better job of cutting the hole to the proper size.
>
> In general, use this guy at your own risk. For my job, contractor was horrendous, unprofessional, and ultimately very unethical.

**Comment from Granite galore and more:**

> My name is Jeff Falcon and I am the owner of this company. I do not deny that a tile was put in backwards. Which was fixed. I will never brag or boast that we never have a problem. I do stand behind my work which is why we have an A+ rating on BBB.
>
> The pictures that were taken on previous review were close ups which make it look more dramatic. This job was done with a very qualified designer that relayed everything to the customer through out the process. The tile was not brought out to the step out of the wall for two reasons 1. It was the same footprint as the previous tub (the wall is deeper than standard tub) and it is standard for bullnose to be installed right outside tub. The designer nor I was not informed to do it different. 2. The second issue was that the cabinet above the toilet would not allow us out to be balanced with the step out (picture attached).
>
> As far as the rest of the review. We decided as a business decision to pull off job once he did a breach of contract. Adam was not paying for the bathrooms which we did for him which is part of contract once done. We changed out the bathroom with the white tile from tile that we installed that was grey. (He did not like the grey color he picked out that we installed the previous two weeks before.) He told the designer that he did not like the color and the design of the white that he picked out and was going to change that out again. None of these decisions had to do with our install that we were notified from designer. We did not feel comfortable of full payment because of Adams history. He did tell us he held the landscapers money because he did not believe they installed stone correctly. He also has had a lien put on his house in 2007 for non payment that he was ordered to pay from a pool contractor. We did not feel with the history and decisions to change full tub areas because of his color choices (without asking for detailed invoice) that it was an economical business decision to stay on job.
>
> As far as the other contractors looking at the job. I am sure they are good installers and I never be a critic to other installers. All installers know that there are different ways to install and design bath remodels. That does not mean they are wrong or right. But if the customer does not communicate to the designer to do something different then we install to standards of the industry.

> I had this company come out to do an estimate for wood flooring and an estimate for the hall bath. Unfortunately wife already signed a contract with another company for the wood flooring. They did do the full remodel of the bath. It was a great job. Through out the whole job the communication was at 100%. There was some issues that were un-forseen like termites in the studs. When the issues were found they found the most affordable ways to handle situations. I did not feel like there was any pressure to be over sold. After the other company did my flooring I asked them what they thought about the install of wood. When I expressed my concerns, he explained and showed me where the floor would not stay structurally sound. With the information his company consulted to me about it saved me from having a $11,000.00 mistake from the other company. I was very impressed with this company on many levels.

> I have worked with Jeff for over 8 years on various projects. He is very knowledgeable in the industry and honest about the expectations of any project. Great work & very dependable.

> Having known Granite Galore and More for a few years now, I can safely say that they come highly recommended. They are incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and on their game. I would certainly leave my own home in their hands.
