> I am an interior designer who has worked with many contractors in my 17 year career, Rob is hands down my go-to!  Rob and I have worked on several projects together over the last few years. > Rob recently completed a 6500sf luxury custom home for our family.  I have nothing but great things to say about him.  We interviewed 5 custom home builders and found many to have big egos, my way or the highway attitudes.  You don't get that with Rob.  He's easy to work with, was always open to our (crazy owner) ideas and would do his best to accommodate or tell us honestly that we had a bad idea.  Building a custom home is a long process with myriad decisions to be made and it's critical that you have a builder that communicates well and works with you, not against you.  One of the things that impressed me most about Rob was the way all his sub-contractors treated him.  You could tell they all had a lot of respect for him and wanted to make sure he was happy.  Construction projects can run into a lot of trouble, but Rob's crews were always showing up, working hard and completing their jobs on time, to the highest standards.  There was never any down time, which can be a real problem in this industry.  Rob built a beautifully constructed home for us every step of the way.  From preparing the foundation pad, to framing, to the landscaping... everything was done to the highest construction quality and techniques available.  No shortcuts, on budget and on time.  All in all we had a very good experience with Rob and highly recommend you consider him for your next project.
