During install we found this was not taken into account causing problems. Luckily we used our own installer who solved the problem. Received multiple damaged pieces and in one instance had to wait 3 months for replacement pieces which turned out to be wrong causing further delays. We were accused of not buying a cupboard piece from them and trying to pass it off as from them. We had their manger come to see the problems. We showed him a drawer accessory pice which would not install. He said it was easy and could be done in minutes. I gave him the tools and after twenty minutes he quit and said his installer would have to come do it. There were many others issues. What should have been a happy experience turned out to be an arduous one. > Once they get all your money they become a less than reputable company to deal with. > Terrible, terrible, terrible. Their team does regular training sessions with many firms, like ours, to stay up to date with the industry’s latest colours, most in-demand finishes, and innovative materials. They are a very large team, so they can easily handle a large volume of work while still delivering personalized customer service, high quality and excellent timelines. Thankfully her personal conversation didn't last a second longer as we were walking towards the door. Came prepared with room measurements and some pictures of what we wanted. Waited over a week to get a quote and that was after calling 3 times. Bottom line: Overpriced! Extremely poor service!!
