> Shaun and his contractors did two jobs for me. One was a tile accent wall in my downstairs half-bath and the work was meticulous and results exceeded my expectations. The second job was the removal of a pedestal sink and installation of a vanity. The result looks great. We are using Shaun to paint our island in our kitchen.

> Not exactly the greatest attic stairway install (didn’t bother to square up the rough opening and measure diagonal dimensions). The MDF trim board was not perfectly flush since it was admitted he forgot his miter saw. The attic bracing technique was adequate, but left some ceiling drywall damage that he came back out and patched up/caulked, but should have fixed damage at his cost. While Mr. Knops of this company provided good effort and saw the job through to completion, the final outcome is mediocre and reason for the low rating.
