> Most importantly- I’m coordinating with Fletcher at this moment for my rental property renovations - that should tell you something! Fletcher just finished my home remodel project. They went above and beyond to deal with my needs, I’m picky, often indecisive and change my likes and wants. They worked with me, were patient, helped guide me and my ideas to achieve the most beautiful results. My house now feels like home & reflection of me. I will never look anywhere else, they literally do everything!

> I regret hiring Fletcher for my project due to their poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and failure to complete the job. After starting the work, they abandoned the project without notice. Months later, I had to physically go to their office to seek a resolution, and even then, the issues remained unresolved.
> The quality of work is completely unacceptable. Trim and door casings are already cracking at all seams, and their drywall repairs around outlets and switches are embarrassing. All door casings and baseboards were left unfinished, with visible nail holes poorly filled with spackle but never painted over, leaving a sloppy, unprofessional appearance.
> Worse, their approach to electrical work was unsafe and unprofessional. Instead of using a licensed electrical contractor, they attempted the work themselves, leading to serious hazards. They covered an outdoor electrical junction box with stucco, making it inaccessible. Light switch boxes were improperly installed, with screws touching exposed wires, causing breakers to trip—an extreme safety concern.
> When I questioned the owner, Jack, about these issues, his response was dismissive: "We are finished carpenters, not electricians. What did you expect?" Instead of taking responsibility, he refused to visit the site or fix the work.
> The level of craftsmanship is beyond subpar—it’s embarrassing. I strongly advise anyone considering Fletcher to look elsewhere for a contractor who stands by their work, values safety, and takes customer concerns seriously.

> We have been using Jack Fletcher since we moved to Vegas 5 years ago. We found his company online when searching for someone to do crown moulding.  Our moulding is gorgeous and he did a perfect job and it was 1/2 the price of what we were used to paying for crown in Colorado.  Since then, we have used Jack for several projects around the house and if it's not something he can do he has people that he can contact.  Just yesterday we had a problem with our AC and he called his good friend who came right over and fixed it. Jack and his team are currently updating our built-in entertainment center and will next be doing built-ins for our master bedroom. Whenever something wasn't perfect Jack made it right no questions asked, he is a good communicator and we trust him completely in our home.  Jack is very successful so he gets busy so be sure and get on his schedule as soon as possible.

> Fletcher door and trim does it all.  They laid tile floors though out the entire house look awesome.  Fletcher door and trim had some excellent ideas on how to lay the tile to not only make our house look bigger but look one of a kind.  He has an artistic eye when it comes to home improvement.  So much so we used him to do our entire master bathroom remodel with steam shower, tile and back splash around the tub and once again he delivered.  Use them you will not regret it.
