I had used measurements from my plantation shutter person and didn’t know at that time that on their spreadsheet the dimensions are rounded up. I immediately contacted Chicology support (Your request (27025) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff) to begin the process to exchange and waited. On Monday, after no response I called and only got a voicemail to contact support and that afternoon I emailed customer support again. The third request was sent to Chicology support staff on Tuesday, 11/10/20 and still nothing!
