From beginning to end the process was seamless and quick. They came out to measure and a month later came out and completed the job in 1 day!! The team of 3 worked well together. We had 2 windows in the living room that had half round windows on top. We had them replace each with one big rectangular window. No big deal! They had all 10 windows set by lunch and were finished by 4pm. They cleaned up while they went and were very polite. We will definitely use them again for other projects!!! Again, Vishal was amazing. But when it came to every day stuff, there was a different designer we worked with, who was ok. The two guys who did the actual remodel were great. They were on time, clean, polite. Double checked with us on most things. We also had our hallway bathroom remodeled, which was completed in a timely fashion. Our main problems came after the main bathroom was done. We had ordered a new fan for our bedroom, as well as a new dining room chandelier and entryway light, and we were having a hallway light removed (but not replaced). We thought these things would be done when the bathrooms were. I guess we should've had it written in the contract, but Lakeside had said doing those things "wouldn't be a problem". However, it wasn't until endless emails from us to them that we got the fan and chandelier up. The bathrooms are beautiful and we love them. > The light they took down in the hallway is now just a hole in the wall. As you said our team worked very hard on your bathroom projects. We always do our best to go above and beyond in situations for our customers to make sure that the projects we are contracted to do are left amazing and warrantied for life. When there was an issue with the master shower grout we came out to clean and reseal to make sure your bathroom remained in perfect condition. It was at this time we were made aware of some missing touch up items. I spoke with John and told him that because of the trouble with the grout and touch up items while I have installers out, we can install the fixtures additional fixtures. What was found was that much of the wiring had issues that were out of code and needed to be addressed. We called a licensed electrician at no cost to you to make it safe and correct. The chandelier that you purchased through our vendor was in fact defective. It took time to navigate getting you a new one as the unit is no longer made. We were able to get a display which had to be installed by our vendors electrician. With this it took some time and we do apologize for that. However, with the current pandemic climate we can not control some of those turn arounds.
