We are a Proud Veteran Owned Company built on values and committed to our customers.

If you’re looking for high quality and personal service, you’ve come to the right place. At DASA DESIGN BUILD we’ll give you the attention and personal service you’ll come to expect and enjoy.

Each project is approached individually. Client needs are carefully defined, including the financial demands that require efficiency and flexibility.

OUR PROCESS

•INITIAL MEETING
We visit and get a first hand look at the existing conditions to help you understand the possibilities involved with your project.

•PROPOSAL
We offer you a clear and detailed proposal of what your project would entail along with an estimated duration of project timing based on weather and availability of the necessary materials.

•DESIGN & ARCHITECTURAL
If architectural plans are required, we have an experienced team available or we would be happy to just use any plans you provide us.

•CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Too much detail in writing the construction agreement never hurts, so our construction contract is geared to be as detailed, clear and transparent as it can be for your peace of mind.

•PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
We gather all the necessary permits to get started on your project. We also take this time to order in any required items that could affect the timeline of our project.
•DURING CONSTRUCTION
Once the proper permits have been issued, we will pick a start date to begin our project. During this time, communication is key to have a successful project completion, and we will keep you regularly informed on the progress and details of the project. Should any unforeseen work or desired changes come up, you can relax–we will not incur you with additional work charges without first obtaining your written authorization.

•FINISHED PRODUCT
Your remodel or addition is completed. We do a final walk through with you to ensure the project’s results have achieved your complete satisfaction.

**★★★★★ — Jennifer Maris, May 2018**

> Danny and his entire crew were very professional and listened to my concerns along the way. I had limitations that I had to work with because I am in a townhouse and they were able to meet and exceed my expectations as to what I could have done on my Kitchen renovations. I will be having bathroom renovations done down the road and DASA will be my builders for these.

**★★★★★ — Suresh Shah, May 2018**

> I was very glad that I hired Dasa Design to replace the roof of my house. The owner, Danny, was very courteous, professional and reasonable. The job was completed as promised on time and the area was left clean and neat. I would definitely recommend Dasa Design.

**★★★★★ — william benjamin, Feb. 2018**

> Looking back at my life, I always had a dream house which I always envision to detail in my mind. It’s like magic to me, it just feels like DASA Design Build reached into my mind and produced my building down to the last detail. An exceptional work no doubt, I will definitely recommend to any and everyone with a building project

**★★★★★ — Eva González, Feb. 2018**

> Peter and I were looking for a construction company to help renovate our old apartment. A neighbor recommended Dasa Design Build. We looked up their website and immediately we knew we've found the best construction firm in town. Their company image and taste were particularly striking. From start to finish, we were very impressed by their professionalism, carefulness and timeliness. They paid detailed attention to every aspect of our renovation. Not only they were cost efficient, they finished the project within the allocated time.

**★★★★★ — ahall370, Jan. 2017**

> They did a wonderful job on my roof, which wasn't an easy thing to do. They were very professional and the price was reasonable. I look forward to using them again on other projects.

**★★★★ — richard williams, Jan. 2017**

> DASA DESIGN BUILD worked on several projects in my home over the course of six months. The professionalism, knowledge, and work quality of DASA DESIGN was excellent. When issues developed ( minor ) after the assignment was completed, DASA was contacted and the issues were fixed. Most likely, I will be working with DASA DESIGN BUILD on other projects in the near future and would recommend their services to others.

**★★★★★ — Thomas Foster, Dec. 2016**

> I have used Dasa Design for several projects. They built my kitchen addition, remodeled my bathroom and did vinyl siding and bathroom at my second home. They did a great job every time and will use them again. I highly recommend them.
