They left sanding marks on the floor and did a horrible job putting on our polyurethane and had to come back to redo it. In addition, the threshold they used to transition from one room to the other was very poorly done. They did an unacceptable job! At the office, we met with Allan Beuke who understood our project immediately & showed us several options, along with a recommendation & ballpark costs, all within a few minutes. We took some samples home, made our decision and returned to the showroom to inform Allan of our decision. Allan came to our home the next morning, April 15, to take final measurements. He then processed the measurements with our choice of carpet & placed the order. On April 25, we were informed that our new carpet would be installed the next day, as requested. The next morning, the 2-man crew arrived as scheduled, removed our old carpeting and installed our new carpeting by 1:30 pm. They worked without a break, the work was very clean & the finished job is perfect! The whole process was very smooth. At this time I cannot spend $$ to change anything in the living room aside from a new rug. PS, I don't really like the coffee tables, but I don't have a place to put them, it's staying in the living room for now. The rug in the living room photos is a cheap memory foam rug that desperately needs to go! Do you like the rug choice (see below voting options)... if yes, natural or brown. I generally like a Scandinavian-inspired interiors. \*The couches are a black and brown suede \*The accent wall is a very dark blue. It takes on a slightly different hue when it's morning sun vs the artificial lighting at night. A: We would suggest something with color. It would be great if you could find a neutral colored rug that has accent colors in it that would match your blue accent wall!
