> The owner, Chris, came across as nice, professional and easy to work with in our first meeting. As home owners, you put faith and trust in your contractor because you have to. We received his "B" team – inexperienced high school kids. At first we thought he was training them under his watchful eye as seemed to be the case, and overlooked it. Long story short, they botched almost every single thing they touched. The interior trim for the new windows was haphazardly cut, they didn't even bother to measure twice and installed the apron 1/2" shorter, and in other places the trim was angled. They didn't ensure new walls were plum – at all – ruining the room. Literally what? This is builder 101.  His painter subcontractor did horrendous, sloppy work. His subcontractor tile guy was incompetent as well, tiling at an angle and botching the job in so many other places. I literally can't make this up! This guy walked away with our savings and was never heard from again. We are still left in an unfinished mess and still so angry. I wish there were these reviews when we were looking! \*\*\*\*\*B E W A R E\*\*\*\*\*

> Did not complete work on time.  Took 8 weeks and left equipment on site with neighbors complaining.  Very poor communication.  Asked for information on care of installed item and never provided.  Unprofessional subcontractors used.  Unreliable and unprofessional.
