I needed to have photos taken of a home and I was hoping that I would be able to get them done at short notice.  Kitty was extremely accommodating- we spoke on a Monday and made plans for that very Thursday, she was able to fit me into her morning schedule.  Ahead of our meeting, she provided me with her client checklist and price list so that I was able to best prepare the house for photos according to her suggestions/criteria and knew in advance what her pricing structure is.
